For my Host Favorite, I chose these amazing Smoked Havarti Cheese Stuffed Tomatoes from Sumptuous Spoonfuls. I am so glad I saw this recipe before tomato season ended! I will definitely be trying these as I am obsessed with Havarti (though I have never tried smoked Havarti) and always looking for new ways to serve farm-fresh tomatoes.
